Higher Self Awakening Tour | Biloela - Inner World Rewired

Rewire your inner world to create the outer world you crave!

Join us for a transformative event guided by Ad. This immersive experience is open to everyone and offers a journey of deep healing, self-discovery, and more!

Through a combination of modalities that have profoundly impacted Ad’s life—such as breakthrough breathwork, inner child work, and TRE—you’ll embark on an exploration of the mind, body, and spirit. These powerful techniques are designed to unblock emotional blockages, release stored tension, and tap into your inner wisdom.

You’ll be guided through a series of tools and practices aimed at harnessing your body’s innate ability to heal and rejuvenate. Whether you're new to healing or have been on your journey for a while, this workshop provides a safe and supportive space to explore the depths of your being.

No prior experience is necessary—simply come as you are, with an open heart and mind. Prepare to delve into the layers of your subconscious, uncover insights, and experience profound shifts in your energy and awareness.

Don’t miss this chance to connect with yourself on a deeper level and embark on a journey toward inner healing and transformation.

Healing is about rediscovering your true, authentic self. It’s like peeling back layers of an onion, where each layer represents a trauma or trigger that has obscured your essence. These layers might include limiting beliefs, the root causes of anxiety, or patterns of self-doubt and depression.

As you peel away these layers, you begin to reveal the core of who you are meant to be. This transformation requires patience, self-compassion, and courage. At Barefoot and Breathe, we are dedicated to guiding you on your unique and beautiful healing path.
