Whether you’re new to breathwork or seeking to deepen your practice, this event will guide you through transformational healing and growth. The workshop will last 2 hours, with up to 90 minutes dedicated to the breath. You'll be supported with tools to relieve pain and discomfort, empowering you to recognise and embody that you are your own healer.

Please Note: This event is not suitable for anyone who is highly medicated, under 18, pregnant, suffers from bipolar disorder or other psychological concerns, or has recently been hospitalized.
