Highgate Playgroup Member Event: Little Italian Kitchen

Highgate Playgroup is being visited by Chef Yuki! 

Chef Yuki is Japanese and works at My Foodie Box, which is a local focused meal-kit delivery company whose main aim is to educate Perth consumers the importance of selecting and cooking with local and seasonal produce.

Her role at My Foodie Box is to create innovative and appealing recipes which yet are easy to follow for non-experienced home cooks. Recipe creation involves various research in the market, recipe testing and development, cost and waste management in the production and photo shoot.
