- Is this suitable for children?
Yes, this is a family-friendly experience. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Does my child need their own ticket
Children 3-12 require their own ticket and must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Children 0-3 are Free and do not require a ticket but must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Is the area wheelchair accessible?
The location is accessible, however the experience takes place on grass and uneven ground.
- Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome at Kenilworth Dairies, however they are not permitted within the session area for the safety of our animals and yours. (registered service dogs are permitted).
- What should I wear?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed-in shoes suitable for an outdoor setting. As this is a hands-on experience, clothing you don’t mind getting a little dirty is best.
- Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, bookings are essential as spaces are limited to keep the experience relaxed and enjoyable.
- What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your session start time to allow for check-in.
- What happens if I’m late?
As sessions run to a schedule, late arrivals may miss part of the experience and may not be able to be accommodated.
- Can I take photos?
Absolutely! We encourage you to take photos during your experience—don’t forget your phone or camera.
- Will I get to touch the cows?
Yes, this is a hands-on experience where you’ll have the opportunity to brush and interact with Alan & Leo.
- Are the cows safe to interact with?
Alan & Leo are calm and well-handled, however they are large animals. Please follow all instructions from your host at all times.
- What if the weather is bad?
Experiences will go ahead in most weather conditions. In the case of extreme weather, you will be contacted to reschedule.
