• What should we wear?

  Closed-in shoes are required. We recommend comfortable clothing and sun protection suitable for a working farm and the weather on the day.

• How early should we arrive?

  Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your booked session to allow time for parking and check-in. As sessions run back-to-back, late arrival may reduce your time with the animals.

• Which animals will we meet?

  Your Highland Kisses experience includes time amongst our Highlands, mini donkeys and Valais Blacknose sheep. As animal welfare always comes first, the animals participating may vary on the day depending on their individual needs.

• Are children welcome?

  Absolutely. Children of all ages are welcome. Children 3 years and under are free, however they must still be included in your booking as they count toward our maximum of 10 guests per session. Children must remain under active adult supervision.

• Do you accommodate guests with accessibility or additional support needs?

  Absolutely. We welcome guests of all abilities and will do our best to make your experience comfortable and enjoyable. Please let us know when booking if anyone in your group has accessibility or additional support requirements so we can prepare for your visit.

• What happens if it rains?

  Highland Kisses generally proceeds in light or changeable weather. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for our animals or guests, we’ll contact affected guests regarding rescheduling or a refund.

• Where is The Soul Barn?

  The Soul Barn is located in Black Mountain in the Noosa Hinterland. Our exact farm address, parking information and arrival instructions will be provided to confirmed guests prior to their visit.

• Can we take photos and videos?

  Absolutely! Photos and videos are very welcome, so have your camera ready.

• Can we bring food for the animals?

  Please don’t bring your own food or treats for our animals. Any feeding during your experience will be guided by The Soul Barn team.

• Can I bring my dog or other pet?

  For the safety and wellbeing of our animals and guests, please leave pets at home.

• Can you accommodate larger groups?

  Yes! If you’re planning a larger group visit, school or community group, corporate event or special occasion, please get in touch with The Soul Barn directly. We can discuss private group experiences and options tailored to your group.
