Hiking, Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation 🌿

Facilitated by Paulette and Edna!

We invite you to a morning of connection - with nature, with others and with yourself.

We’ll walk, breathe, meditate and share in circle.

A special opportunity to step out of routine and return to presence.

✨ Schedule ✨

7:30 am | Welcome & Yoga Flow

We’ll meet at the carpark at Springbrook (Google Maps location will be shared).

After a warm welcome and setting the day’s intention, Paulette will guide a gentle 45-minute yoga session to stretch and prepare the body.

8 am | Mindful Walk

We’ll begin our 3 km walk in silence, practicing walking meditation.

The journey takes about 1 hour, connecting with the sounds, scents and beauty of the forest.

9 am | Breathwork, Meditation & Sharing Circle

Once we arrive at the creek, Edna will guide a conscious breathing practice followed by meditation.

We’ll then gather to reflect and share.

10:30 am | Snacks & Return Walk

We’ll enjoy some snacks together and then head back on the same path; this time more relaxed and chatty.

11:30 pm | Optional Café Gathering

Back at the carpark, those who wish can join us for a coffee to close the experience in community.

⏰ Total duration: ~3 hours

👟 What to bring:

Comfortable clothes and walking shoes
