HILLS AFTER DARK: Wine, canapés, and Juliet Oliver (live)
Description
When the sun drops behind the Adelaide Hills, the cellar door shifts into something entirely different.
Firelight glows. Glasses fill. Music drifts through the dark.
Hills_After_Dark is the opening night of Winter Reds at Simon Tolley Wines — a fire-lit evening of premium wine, roaming canapés, and live acoustic sets from Juliet Oliver.
Settle in as the vineyard fades into night and the cellar door becomes a warm winter gathering space, filled with festival lights, seasonal food, and long-table atmosphere under the Hills sky.
