Join this “winter” weekly class each Monday evening from 6-7.15pm.

Running for 5 weeks from 16th June 2025 at The Hut Drop In Room

This is a non-denominational, spiritual based meditation class which encourages attendees to strengthen their inner resources to build resilience, find purpose in the everyday and focus on tools to enhance spiritual growth.

During each session, learn to:

o Connect with the pure and high vibrations of the natural world.

o Communicate and receive messages from your higher self and spirit.

o Activate your inner wisdom and intuition.

o Enhance your way of living to align with the new earth energies.

o Ground a united vision of peace, joy and abundance for humanity and the planet.

Cost is free and course materials will be supplied each week.
