R U OK? Day Listening Meeting.

It's R U OK Day and World Suicide Prevention Day - and after some quick club updates, the meeting will be centred around mental health, practicing our listening skills, and holding space for others.

We'll be running an exercise in listening and empathizing, and we're making the time for each other.

We're also shouting pizza cause feelings + comfort food just makes sense.
