Wendy and Sally are hosting a four course Luncheon in conjunction with the Aboriginal Cultural Awareness Native Food program.
Featuring guest chefs /Michael Brine/Jess Hodge/Wendy Brown.
Venue: Great Northern Lodge formally Emily's Bistro, still operating in its original state from over 100 years ago.
The flavors featured include Quandong, Goat and Wattle seed, with the chefs being innovative and creating dishes designed around our local produce.
This event co-insides with the Quandong Festival, celebrating regenerative farming and native Australian foods.
We will also have regional wines and local Flinders Gin for you to purchase and pair with your luncheon.
