Chelsea has been teaching these tools GLOBALLY for the last 7 years and is excited to share them with the Soul Tribe community.

Chelsea’s Transformational Himalayan Breathwork is a unique full-body and sensory experience. It is the fruit of decades of study into the energetic systems of the human body, traditional healing modalities of the east and holistic philosophies, and meditative practices of the Vedic lineage. Chelsea weaves together threads of movement, sound and breath from traditions spanning the globe and eons of human history.

Chelsea intentionally, and safely moves you into this deep and open mind/body state using a combined series of movement and breath techniques, all accompanied by heart-opening music.

The breath techniques begin with gentle yogic pranayama that calms the mind and warms up the respiratory and circulatory systems. After we have have activated our energy and moved into a fluid and unlocked state, we move into a more intense deep breathing and full body movements that allow us to bypass the default network of our everyday mental activity and glide into an expanded state of consciousness. It is in this place that the true magic of the practice is realised. Here we may experience the release of sub-consciously held emotion or trauma and receive deep healing. It is possible to enter blissful states of complete presence in moment. Chelsea finds that usually, people are surprised at what they find, and that it is usually exactly what they needed whether they knew it or not!

From here, we move into the fun part. An all out dance party to shake what your mumma gave you and to move all the energy through the body to become an embodiment of your practice.
