Welcome to our last Himalayan Breathwork event of the year- Love in community

This is our last Himalayan Breathwork event for the year and we are making it a special one! Aikyam Way Of life, Himalayan Breathwork and the Big Chill, have teamed up to bring community together for something special, as we bring a close to the year that was. We are extra excited to be practicing out of Yogic State's brand new Yoga studio!

We invite you to join Sattva Yoga teachers Tanya and Starley, as they take you on a journey to the Himalayas, using the ancient wisdom of the Yog-Vedantic teachings. Completely transform your emotional and energetic state, while we work with multiple Kriyas, allowing you to move into your true power and cultivate deep bliss. From a yogic perspective, Kriya is considered the most transformative practice for breaking through blockages, limitations, fear and self-doubt. From activation of the energy body, inner exploration, liberation and radiance, you will notice a deep shift in your entire mind and body. Not only is this practice deeply transformative, it elevates us into states of deep gratitude, balance, abundance and joy.

Upon completion, we will be entering the ice baths with The Big Chill.

Billy has guided many of the local community through the cold, and shares a great love for cold therapy and the benefits on the mind, body and soul. You are invited to commit and surrender to the process, and reap the amazing benefits cold therapy has to offer.

By supporting this practice you are also helping to support the Ugrachandi Boarding School in Nepal. The school provides education for 400 students, 60 of whom need additional support. This school has been run by the Kundalini Healing Therapies Family for many years, and they rely on support from community. Tanya and Starley remain passionate about supporting the children of India and Nepal and will be donating a portion of the ticket sales. One loving heart can change someone's day.
