Weekly Himalayan Breathwork and Mantra Classes at Corkwood Collective 6 pm -7:15 /7:30 pm

I am passionate about sharing the teachings of Kriya Yoga as well as Pranayama techniques that have its roots in the Himalayan Vedantic Tradition.

It is evolutionary action that leads us to liberation, expansion and evolution. Each Kriya (breathwork or mantra) practice uses different techniques that target specific areas of the brain & body.

We practice kriyas for a designated amount of time, which is designed to offer a specific desired outcome of healing. We use kriyas to * strengthen intuition, * balance the two sides of our brain, * heal and release traumas, * calm the nervous system* activate and move Kundalini energy through the body and so much more.

Practice might also involve gentle body movement to move the energy around. I look forward to being in service for Alice Springs Community next year

All are welcome and no experience is required.

NOTE:

This session is not suitable if:

*you suffer from severe mental illness

*currently experience spiritual emergence

*epilepsy and seizures

*serve heart conditions

*pregnancy (individually tailored made sessions are available)

*recent physical injuries, fractures and surgeries
