Welcome to our April Himalayan Breathwork Journey.

We invite you to embark on a 90 min journey with Tanya to access your true power and Face Your Self! Completely transform your emotional and energetic state while we work with multiple Kriyas, Breathwork, Asana, Mantra, Movement and sound. The use of these elements will encourage the release of stored energy and surpressed emotions so your able to experience a profound journey of self discovery. In this practice you will Detox, cleanse and balance your entire system. As well as cultivate joyful bliss from within. From a yogic perspective, Kriya Yoga is considered the most transformative practice for breaking through blockages, limitations, fear, and self-doubt. It also helps us align with our truth, and brings us into this steadfast groundedness, so we can operate at our highest potential.

Only when we face ourself deeply and intimately, we will truly know ourselves. As long as the self remains unknown, you will not know anyone at all. Let Tanya of The Breath Sisters take you on a journey to awaken you to your true self. This practice is suitable for everyone, even if you have never done Yoga or Breathwork before. We design the class to be comfortable for all. Remember, no Himalayan Journey is ever the same. Expect the unexpected!

This is a full 90-minute integrative practice. We do small amounts of asana ( yoga postures) and for some of the Kriya's we combine breathwork with movement. This burns a lot of energy! We will have a vegan brownie to re-energise and ground you post journey. If you are pregnant, have high blood pressure or have any serious injuries, it is not recommended that you attend this style of practice. We would recommend waiting for one of our heart-based slower journeys.
