Let Nath help you relax, because we all need to take a deep breath right now.
In this one hour intensive, Nath will guide you through key breathwork techniques to help start your week off with a little zen. This breathwork class will help ground you and regulate your nervous system so you can navigate this crazy world with calm and composure. Sounds pretty good, huh?
Nathan is a meditation, breathwork and yoga teacher with a background in counselling and psychology. He's also a honey maker, coffee swindler and we're lucky enough to have him as our very own Pony Rider shop dude. He’s a man of many talents, really.
