Lydia is a Master Yoga Teacher, Jyotishi (Vedic Astrologer) as well as a Sound Healer, Devotional Musician & Bhakti Yogi, Hormone Yoga Teacher, Prana Healer, Massage Therapist, Cranio Sacral Therapist, Women's Group Facilitator, and mother of three beautiful children and a dog.
