Hello beautiful souls.
After a beautiful gathering earlier in May, we are keen to offer this again.
Join us for an evening of soul food, a fusion of breath-work, Tai Chi, movement and meditation, followed by homemade Kitchari and heartfelt connection in an intimate setting.
We will start with 90 minutes of an integrated practice combining breathwork, movement, Tai Chi, and meditation. Moving through an energy wave to open our hearts, quieten the mind, ground the energy, and finish with a beautiful meditation with a short live sound bath.
We'll then share a beautiful homemade Kitchari together. Kitchari for those that don't know, means mixture. It includes mung dal, basmati rice with mild spices and organic vegetables. It is particularly nourishing, tasty and easy to digest, a key part of an Ayurvedic way of life. It is written that this dish brings strength, vitality and balances all of the tissues in the body. Excellent for detoxification and the de-aging of cells. All we can conclude is that everyone came back for seconds.
This evening aims to balance the body and mind with an integrated practice, enliven the senses with sound, nourish the body with delicious healthy food and open the heart with all that and authentic connection.
