Join us for a Himalayan Kundalini Yoga practice at the northern end of Forsyth Park, near the community garden. Enter the park at the bend in Montpellier Street, Neutral Bay.

We come together to move through an energy wave combining breathwork, kriya, asana, movement and meditation. Designed to balance the left and right hemispheres of the brain, you will leave feeling deeply connected and radically alive.

An invitation to gather in community, to breathe together, to move together, to raise our vibration, to remember and bring ourselves into presence.

Please bring a yoga mat and a cushion to elevate your hips, water to drink and layered clothes you can move in.

No yoga experience is necessary, just an open mind.
