Join us for a Himalayan Kundalini Yoga practice in Coogee.

We come together to move through an energy wave combining breathwork, kriyas, asana, movement and meditation.

Here’s an invitation to gather in community, to breathe together, to move together, to raise our vibration, to remember and bring ourselves into presence.

What a beautiful way to deepen with this transformational practice.

We’ll be to the left of the Rotunda in Grant Reserve, in the park, ocean side.

Everybody is welcome. No yoga experience necessary.

Please bring a yoga mat and a cushion to elevate your hips, water to drink and layered clothes you can move in.

Lisa is a fully qualified Sattva Yoga, Vinyassa and Hatha teacher.
