Himmerland -New music from Scandinavia, Scotland and Chile across styles, cultures and frontiers! - Himmerland is a group of four traveling musicians, each carrying very different life stories and traditions in their bags. We come from different regions of Denmark , Sweden , Scotland and Chile-Himmerland is:
Eskil Romme, Soprano Sax(Denmark) / Jens Ulvsand, Bouzouki and Vocal(Sweden) / Donald Hay, Drums(Scotland) / Danka Villanueva Bono, Violin(Chile)

Himmerland released their first album,"New Roots Music from Denmark", in 2012. That album was nominated for a Danish Music Award (Danish "Grammy") as Folk Album of the Year. Since then, Himmerand has released two albums, “The Spider in the Fiddle in 2015 and “Folktone from a global Corner” 2019.
