Thank you for booking in with us for this EPIC workshop!
Just a few housekeeping and a 'Things To Bring' list:
Location - 87 Bambrick Rd Hindmarsh Valley SA
What to bring:
Tent/Van and all camping gear
All bedding
Good boots
Work clothes for lots of weather conditions
A good sun hat
Sunscreen
2 pairs of work gloves (tight elastic style is best)
2 pairs of heavy duty dishwashing gloves (the thicker the better)
Safety glasses
Lots of changes of clothes
Towel
Toiletries
Good torch
Drink bottle
Any snacks you like to snack on
Notepad and pen if you like taking notes during classes etc
Something to share around the fire (interpret that as you wish!)
Any games you like to play
A big fat smile
Please don't ignore the safety gear! Almost no one brought them last workshop!
We will be catering Breakfast and Lunch each day, but but you will be self-catering for dinners. There will be a communal cooking area with stove and BBQ, and fridge available. Teaming up and all cooking together is a good idea! There are also restaurants 10mins away, plus supermarkets etc in the same area.
We encourage people to arrive either Friday Evening of the 19th, or SHARP by 9am Saturday 20th for the first week. Arriving the night of Sunday 28th March is also fine, or SHARP 9am Monday 29th morning for the second week.
If you've bought a single day ticket, send us a message and we'll let you know what you need.
For clarity, the first week is Saturday to Saturday, and the second is Monday to Saturday.
Although the schedule is weather dependant, we will be following this outline:
8:30am to 4:30pm onsite, lectures or classes in the latter part of the day.
Wednesday 24th March afternoon will be a little rest period, and Sunday the 28th March will also be a rest day.
We will finish with a pizza party on the evening of Saturday 3rd of April, and you can pack-up and git'out on the Sunday morning. Please allow time to stay for the pizza party and pack down, it's a really great time to share the ending of the workshop together.
Power, Water, Composting Toilets, and Showers will all be available, plus Wifi for checking emails etc (no Netflix in ya tent lol) There is also mobile reception on the property.
Tea, coffee, and morning and afternoon snacks all supplied.
PLEASE reply to this email with any dietary requirements, otherwise we will assume you are fine with some meat, gluten, dairy, eggs, peanuts etc etc.
