Hine Marama

Hine Marama is a beautiful experience shared between a young person and a trusted caregiver or adult.

Participants will learn about:

• - Traditional Māori views and practices in relation to periods
• - Physcial changes that happen in the body during puberty
• - The many different products to use to manage bleeding
• - Ways to celebrate getting your period
• - They will walk away feeling prepared and empowered for this special time
• - Plus a goodie pack to help feel prepared!

 Tickets are $45 per family.

A minimum of 9 bookings required for the workshop to go ahead
