Our eagerly anticipated Hinterland Producers Lunch is making its return in August, proudly featuring the best offerings from local producers and growers as part of The Curated Plate.
Head Chef Geoff Abel and his talented team have crafted a distinctive menu for this event, drawing on ingredients supplied by The Falls Farm, Maleny Buffalo, Maleny Dairies, and Peachester Fresh. The culinary experience will blend the Provencial French style of The Long Apron with the finest produce from the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.
