Hinterlandt combine beautiful melodies with intricate compositions. Their delicate instrumentation and mezzo-soprano lead vocals create an intimate atmosphere that blends the feel of a chamber concert with the vibe of an underground jazz club.
Their brand new album, ‘Delightful Days,’ is the most accessible to date, with nine original pieces forming a cohesive arch of vocal-driven songs and instrumental interludes. Lyrically, alliterations provide the rhythm for meditative reflections, political contemplations and anything in between.
Hatsia is a singer/songwriter from the NSW South Coast, Australia. Bending and blending genre with nostalgia, Hatsia writes songs with a vibe and story at its heart. The piano guides her songwriting and is featured on her recently released mini-EP of original songs: ‘Hatsia: Live at Society City’, recorded live at a community arts space.
