Hip Hop Appreciation Day - Youth Aerosol Workshop with The Corner Studio

As part of Hip Hop Appreciation Day, kids will have an opportunity to unleash their inner graffiti artist with a Youth Aerosol Workshop with local artist Tommy Sea. 

Tommy is an accomplished artist and the passionate founder of The Corner Studio in West Footscray. His mission is to make art accessible for everyone and for this special event he's bringing his vision and educators to the Footscray CBD.  

The session will start with a safety run down and demonstration. There will be a quick introduction to letter formation and how graffiti style can be applied to regular lettering. 

Participants will learn some basic techniques of how to add their own artistic flare and take their unique piece of art. All equipment including masks and gloves will be provided. 

This workshop is best suited for young people aged between 10 -17. 

Positions are limited and bookings are essential.
