YOUR TEACHER: Tiana Charmaine

Since stepping into the world of group fitness in 2016, Tiana has transformed her passion for health and wellness into something greater than her. She is a dancer, choreographer and integrative health coach. Tiana discovered her natural talent and love for dance, and it quickly led her to choreograph and teach, creating fun and engaging routines that everyone can enjoy.

Tiana's journey in fitness began under the guidance of some of the best trainers and instructors, who taught her the art of crafting an exceptional class experience. Her classes are more than just a workout: They are a movement of empowerment, especially for women. Tiana believes in the power of dance to liberate and uplift, stating, “I want to empower women to feel good and enjoy movement because it can change your perspective on life and upgrade your mindset."

Join Tiana in cultivating a supportive, inclusive, and non-judgmental community. Her classes focus on building confidence, embracing self-love, and celebrating our differences through the joy of dance and fitness!
