Join meditation teacher, rapper, author, and sound healer Ofosu Jones-Quartey (Born I) for a transformative Hip-Hop Soundbath at the San Francisco Dharma Collective.

Blending guided meditation, immersive sound healing, and live performances of songs from his album Komorebi, Ofosu weaves music and mindfulness into a powerful experience of presence, reflection, and self-compassion.

The evening will also include readings and insights from his book Lyrical Dharma, followed by a Q&A and book signing.

Note that this is not a typical soundbath: there will be options to sit on chairs or on the floor with cushions, but the space will not accommodate lying down.
