Description
The Sydney Road Brunswick precinct would not be the destination it is today without the businesses, people, movements and characters that have graced its corridor over time. From keychain wielding publicans to passionate people and stances that have stood the test of time – the precinct has many a story to tell.
Delivered in partnership with the Brunswick Community History Group, this tour will focus on key businesses, places and people between Dawson Street to Brunswick Road.

Former Holeproof Factory
The Brunswick Club (formally Lyric Theatre)
Former George's Pastry Shop (now Good Days)
Miss R. E. Yon (now Record Paradise and Paradise Cutters)

The Wild Geese (formally Sarah Sands Hotel)

Tours run for approximately 1.5 hours and includes:
Printed booklet with images and information on each of the stops
