History On Film. Geelong West Celebrates!

Our Friendly Historian, Colin Mockett, has been rummaging around in the City’s archives and he has come up with a swag of (mostly black & white) films showing Geelong in the 1960s, +culminating with a colourful costumed trip around Geelong West as councillors celebrated (for a week) in schools, halls and public houses. Hint: if you’re 50+ you might see yourself on-screen as a celebrating schoolchild.
