HIV 101 with SAMESH
Event description
Want to learn about HIV? This session will provide a comprehensive overview of HIV, including prevention, testing, and treatment options presented by SAMESH. FREE lunch and giveaways will be provided to students in attendance.
Learn about the basics of HIV, how it is transmitted, and the importance of regular testing. The workshop will also cover the latest advancements in HIV prevention, such as Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) and Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP). Gain insights into living with HIV, supporting those affected, and reducing stigma within the community.Â
What is SAMESH? SAMESHÂ provides our community with a range of services and initiatives all designed to provide people with information, education, and programs to enhance their sexual health and well-being.
