This International Women’s Day, our mission is simple: to create an inclusive collective where women can be inspired to learn, grow, and make a positive impact, not just for themselves, but also in their workplace, community, and for each other.

In partnership with with St Lukes, The Hive Collective presents Hive & Thrive: our very first conference! This isn't just another conference; it's an extraordinary celebration of International Women's Day. This half-day event is designed to be a unique space where women from diverse backgrounds can come together to connect, collaborate, and grow.

🏏 General Manager of High Performance, Salliann Beams, and cricket champion Molly Strano from Cricket Tasmania will share insights on cultivating a culture of high performance.

🧠  Expert consultant and facilitator, Danielle O'Hara (Folket Consultancy), will lead a workshop on how to effectively articulate your awesome.

❤️ Kitana Mansell, a proud palawa woman and the dynamic force behind Palawa Kipli, Tasmania's only Aboriginal food business, will speak on the power of storytelling and culture.
