Since doing HMHF I now take moments in my week to check in with myself. If I notice I'm not coping, I make time. Even just 5 or 10 minutes. I highly recommend HMHF!

The Healthy Mothers Healthy Families* program supports mothers of children with disability to create a healthy lifestyle that fosters their own well-being, alongside a healthy, happy family life.
This FREE evidence-based program developed by Prof Helen Bourke-Taylor from Monash University, is co-design with mothers and delivered by Belongside Families. Come and learn how to improve your health and well-being while balancing the needs of your family.

This is an online workshop program
This is a workshop where participants are invited to share their experiences.
You are welcome to participate in ways that feel comfortable for you, including simply listening. You do not need your camera on.
For privacy, these sessions are not recorded.
The program is delivered over 3 x 2 hour workshops over 6 weeks.
Your registration is for all 3 sessions, and it is recommended that you attend all sessions to get the most value from this program.

No. As participants have the option to share their experience, for privacy reasons, this workshop will not be recorded.

This event is not for professionals. It is designed to be a safe and supportive space for parents and carers. Professionals are welcome to register for our webinars.
