Catch up with your fellow hot mums over a free coffee (thanks to our friends at LIFT HQ!) and soak in the good vibes before we get moving.

🏋️‍♀️ 45-Minute Workout at 10:15AM
Meg will lead us through a fun, feel-good session including warm-up, demo, workout, finisher, and stretch. It’s beginner-friendly and low-pressure come as you are and work at your own pace. This space is about building confidence, not comparisons.

👶 Babies, Prams & Kiddos Welcome
We’ve got space to park your pram and a Little Lifters Play Area for older kids so you can move without stress.
