Ho’oponopono: A Journey of Forgiveness and Healing

Join us for a gentle and meaningful journey into the Hawaiian practice of Ho’oponopono, a practice centred around forgiveness, compassion and making peace within ourselves.

Through reflection and the four simple phrases:

I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.

you’ll be invited to slow down, let go and create space for greater peace and connection.

Your journey will then flow into a deeply calming sound bath experience, surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs and chimes. Allow the sounds to guide you into a space of stillness, deep rest and relaxation.

A beautiful opportunity to pause, reflect, release and reconnect with yourself.
