Join with friends, families, colleagues, and neighbours, in urban and rural settings across Australia, to explore a unified vision for the betterment of the world.This conference is being held for anyone in the state of Tasmania but is open to interstate visitors. It is being hosted by the Spiritual Assembly of the Baha'is of Hobart, on behalf of the Universal House of Justice (the International governing body of the Baha'i Faith). It is one of many being held at local, regional, national and international levels around the globe. The conference themes are: 1. Baha’u’llah’s vision for humanity 2. Distance traversed in the past 100 years 3. Building vibrant communities 4. Educational endeavours and the Training Institute 5. Contributing to social transformation More information can be found at conferences.bahai.org.au. The sessions over the 3 days will be: Friday 14:00 - 21:00 Saturday 09:00 - 21:00 Sunday 09:00 - 16:00 Please note. If more than 250 adults register, those after the initial 250 will be waitlisted. Registrants are asked to notify us if they are unable to attend, so someone else can take their place. Everyone in excess of 250 (i.e. maximum that can be hosted onsite) will be sent a Zoom link, to participate in the main sessions. A children's (3 - 11) and junior youth (12 - 14) activity program will be provided. It offers a variety of activities including art, music, drama and games, based on the five themes of the conference. |
