From Fury to Freedom is an immersive 9D Breathwork journey designed to help you meet your anger with curiosity instead of fear.

This isn't about suppressing it.

It isn't about exploding with it.

It's about learning to move through it in a safe, supported environment, creating space for greater awareness, emotional freedom, and a stronger connection to yourself.

Through conscious connected breathing, guided coaching, hypnotic affirmations, and immersive multidimensional soundscapes, you'll be supported to release built-up emotional tension, reconnect with your body, and discover what may lie beneath the anger you've been carrying.

As emotional pressure begins to ease, many people experience greater clarity, confidence, self-awareness, and a renewed sense of personal power.

9D Breathwork is an immersive breathwork experience combining conscious connected breathing with advanced sound technology and evidence-informed wellbeing techniques.

What to Expect

Your experience includes:

✔ A comprehensive introduction and safety briefing

✔ A fully guided 9D Breathwork journey

✔ Premium headset experience with immersive sound

✔ Yoga mat, bolster, blanket, and eye mask provided

✔ Crystal singing bowls to support relaxation and integration

✔ A safe, grounded, and supportive environment

For your comfort, we recommend arriving well hydrated and avoiding a heavy meal for around two hours before your session.

Important Health Information

Your safety and wellbeing are our highest priorities.

We are unable to facilitate activated 9D Breathwork experiences if you currently have:

Pregnancy
Cardiovascular disease, including uncontrolled high blood pressure
Mental health conditions involving psychosis or severe dissociation
Recent surgery or significant physical injury
Active substance abuse

Please consult your GP or healthcare professional before attending if you have:

• A history of seizures or epilepsy

• Asthma or significant respiratory conditions

• A history of stroke or traumatic brain injury

• Glaucoma or retinal detachment

• Osteoporosis

• A history of aneurysm

• Diabetes

• An eating disorder

• Experienced recent significant trauma or bereavement

• Are taking psychiatric medication

• Take medications that significantly affect breathing, awareness, or mood regulation
