RE: Invitation to The Hamilton and Alexandra College 2023 Hockey Presentation Dinner

The 2023 Glenelg Region Hockey Association season finishes on Saturday, 9 September. To celebrate the season, you are invited to The Hamilton and Alexandra College Hockey Presentation Dinner, to be held in The College Tim Murray Hall on Saturday 9 September, commencing at 6.30 pm.  Hopefully, there will have been a number of teams in action throughout Grand Final weekend and some successes recorded!

The cost for a two-course dinner and drinks will be $36.00 per head (p/h) for adults and students over 10, and $15.00 p/h for students under 10.  No alcohol will be served at this dinner.

There will be formal presentations for each team during the evening and we hope many parents will also wish to join us.  Dress for the evening is neat casual.

We are certain that this will be an enjoyable evening - and a good way to celebrate a fine season of hockey for students at The College.

RSVP’s are due by Friday, 1 September 2023.  We are required to finalise numbers with the caterers one week prior to the event so, bookings after 1 September will not be possible.
