Hold HER Breathwork Experience

A 60 minute Breathwork experience for the woman who's holding it all together. This is where you Hold HER.

You’ve gotten so good at holding it together that you’ve stopped noticing you’re doing it. The breath you don’t quite finish. The shoulders that never fully drop. The part of you that’s always slightly braced, even when nothing’s wrong. So much of what you’re carrying was never yours to hold alone, you just forgot there was another way.

Hold HER is where the holding goes the other way. You’ll be guided through a full breathwork journey designed to help your body release what it’s been bracing for, not another technique to manage, just permission to let go. An hour where nobody needs you to hold it together, including you.
