A gentle space for connection, support, and healing.

This group has been lovingly established by a local mother with her own lived experience of loss — created to offer a soft place to land for others walking a similar path.

Who it's for:
Women in the Bellingen and Coffs Harbour region who have experienced:

Miscarriage
Stillbirth
TFMR
Infant loss (up to 1 years old)

What to expect:

A supportive and compassionate environment facilitated by two qualified art therapists and counsellors (ANZACATA and PACFA registered) with experience in grief and trauma-informed practice. The group offers space to share, connect, and be with others who understand the unique journey of pregnancy and infant loss.
