Holiday Party Vendor Expo

The holiday season is a joyful time that brings communities together. Every year MDFF hosts a holiday party to do exactly that. We bring together families who become friends and resources for each other as they navigate the world of muscular dystrophy.

To spread holiday joy, we partner with the Indianapolis Fire Department. They bring with them not only a fire truck, but Santa himself to distribute gifts to those with MD!

This joyous party also includes activities such as shopping at the holiday store, Bingo, the Caregiver Café, cookie decorating, and fun guests throughout the day. This is a truly unique event that helps kick off the holiday season and for many of the families is the event that they look forward to all year.

As a vendor, you will have an opportunity to meet with each of the families in attendance throughout the day. This vendor expo will allow families to learn about resources they have access to, connect with other families with MD, and have some fun. We encourage each booth to bring a holiday themed game, activity or giveaway for our guests to encourage them to hang out at your booth. 

MDFF will provide a table and 2 chairs per booth. We will send out set up information closer to the event.
