Holiday Party Vendor Expo

The MDFF Holiday Party is coming up on Saturday, December 6, at the Indy Marriott North (3645 River Crossing Pkwy, Indianapolis, IN 46240). This annual event brings together 200+ people, all with loved ones who have muscular dystrophy. This event is focused on creating a fun, relaxing, community oriented space for our families to be together and celebrate the Holidays! We will have gifts, games, balloon animals, and other fun activities throughout the day.

This year, we would like to offer a Vendor fair to our guests where they can learn more about resources available to them/ connect with other organizations. We would love for you to join us this year if you are available.

The Vendor Fair will be from 11-2.

The setup will begin at 10. Takedown must be complete by 2:30.

MDFF will provide a table and up to 2 chairs for this event

We'd like to encourage you to bring information about your organization, any immediate resources you can provide, and a fun activity that encourages people to come and talk with you. We will have a vendor passport as well to encourage people to come talk to you, with the possibility of them winning a prize for completing our vendor fair.
