Holiday Waterslides

Yarra Adventure Park are happy to announce that we will be opening our Waterslide to the public during the Holidays.

The waterslide is located at our Yarra Adventure Park at 366 Grassy Head Road, Grassy Head NSW 2441. Parking is located next to the waterslide on the grassy area through the side gate. Access is directly off Grassy Head Road located north of the main entrance of the Adventure Park (formally known as the youth centre).

Please note the following important booking terms and conditions, agreed to automatically when confirming a booking online.

• All bookings must be made online only and paid for in advance. No bookings or payments can be taken at the waterslides on the day.
• Tickets are $13 per person for a 2-hour session.
• All children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult. Supervising adults do not need to pay if they are not using the slide.
• Limited tickets and limited dates only, so please book early to avoid missing out! Once the ticket quota has been sold no extra tickets can be released.
• No refunds, cancellations, name or date transfers are available. Please check the dates you are booking carefully.
• Full coverage swimwear, boardshorts, rash vests or rash suits recommended. (To avoid injury no G-strings permitted).
  
• Legal Waiver is automatically agreed upon when confirming the booking online. Please see below for waiver agreement.

Activity Waiver Agreement

I, hereby acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved in participating in activities at Yarra
Adventure and Holiday Parks. I recognise and understand these risks and release Yarra Adventure and Holiday Parks
and the employees thereof from any liability that may result from these risks, including physical injury, disability,
death, loss or damage to personal property.

Activity Rules of Conduct:
• Every participant agrees to the release of a liability prior to starting any of the activities provided by Yarra Adventure and Holiday Parks.
• Participants must always follow safety guidelines and instructions during their visit at Yarra Adventure and Holiday Parks.
• Failure to adhere with the instructions given by all activity employees will result in being asked to leave the activity, no refunds or credits applicable.
• Participants are not to interfere with other participants and activities if they are in operation.

I understand the rules and guidelines of the Yarra Adventure and Holiday Parks and agree to abide by these rules for the sake of my personal safety, the safety of other participates at the facility

All participants under the age of 18 at the time of the event must have a parent or guardian agree to the conditions below when booking the activity online.

I hereby certify that I am the parent or guardian with legal responsibility for the booked participant and agree to
his/her participation and release and hold harmless Yarra Adventure and Holiday Parks or employees from any and all liability for his/her physical injury, disability, death, loss or damage to personal property. I acknowledge that I have read this release of liability in its entirety and assume all risk for the above-named minor and agree to this release voluntarily and without inducement.
