Holistic Context Review & Decision Making Framework

The day will provide an opportunity to revisit your Holistic Context, clarify the values and feelings that guide your decisions, and refresh the tools that help you make more holistic decisions in a life of complexity.

The workshop will include a review of your Quality of Life Statements, Future Resource Base, Decision Checks and Decision Matrix, followed by practical group exercises applying the framework to individual and group decisions.

You’ll then work on developing strategies and policies within your own Holistic Context, helping turn your values and desired outcomes into practical decision-making.

A great opportunity to reconnect with the holistic management framework, share journey and experiences with others, as well as strengthen your confidence in applying Holistic Management in everyday decisions.
