Hatha Yoga Class every Tuesday during school term, from 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm at the Kallangur Community Hall, only $4/class; (please note this price is for in school term) supported by Healthy & Active Moreton Bay. We will continue the classes as usual during school holidays with our regular price of $14 per class and $60 for 5 classes. Please feel free to get in touch with us if you are in financial difficulties or are in need of some concessions and other arrangements.

* Mantra Meditation - Nourish your inner wellbeing with a beautiful guided form of group meditation that will bring peace to your heart and calm the mind, accompanied with live music and audience participation.

At ASMY we welcome everyone to the practice of yoga and aim to create a safe place whereby we pass on the essence of yoga which is that it is an individual practice, not a competition, with safety and alignment as a core focus to how to move through the experience. Different variations are given so you can tune into your body and adjust your practice as you need.
