If you are wanting to be supported by experts in their field rather than scrolling Dr Google endlessly - we would love to have you for the day.

There will be a range of sessions during the day including guest speakers, hands on workshops and practical mindfulness tools to walk away with.

Come and join us for a day full of interactive, hands on, educational hormonal supporting activities.

Whats included:

Women’s hormone cycles with Naturopath Ellen
Stress & nervous system for the modern day woman with Courtney
Breathwork to connect back to your body
Gut Health & Hormones with Sarah
The art of herbal tea blending with your own herbal tea blend to take home with you
