This group is for anyone who has experienced trauma, mental illness and/or addiction either in their own lives or through the lives of their loved ones. This is for anyone, at any stage in their recovery.

A safe, trauma informed, inclusive space for those in recovery to come and gently explore holistic practices to support the wellbeing of body, mind and spirit.

A space to come and connect with like minded beings who are also on a path of recovery and are seeking an holistic approach and a way of bringing a touch of ritual into their lives as a way to learn how to deeply connect to themselves and the world around them.

This group will be held once a month with the vision to gently and safely explore holistic self care practices to support recovery and to cultivate a strong and supportive sense of community - a space to be seen, heard and held. Each group will include:

-Receiving and connecting with the sacred plant medicine of cacao and exploring how she can be an incredible ally towards healing and becoming more heart centered.
-Exploration of breath, grounding, energy awareness, guided meditation, sound healing and somatic tapping.
-Space to connect and share within the group.

A little about me - Kelly | Conscious Collab
I felt deeply called to create this space inspired by my own journey of recovery from trauma, mental illness and addiction. I have found exploring holistic self care practices to be incredibly supportive and transformational on my healing path.

I am a Certified Trauma Informed Cacao Facilitator, a Trauma Sensitive Somatic Yin Yoga Facilitator, Reiki 2 Practitioner, I hold a Diploma in Health Sciences and I’m currently studying further in trauma informed facilitation. My deep and absolute passion is holistically working with those who are on a path of recovery and holding a safe trauma informed space that empowers and reawakens people to reconnect with their own light to shine brightly in their lives and in the world.
