Get ready for summer! The season brings light, heat, and a sense of expansiveness. Many people enjoy the warmth and vibrancy of this season, but the intense heat and busyness can present challenges for others. Whether we realize it or not, we are influenced by the qualities of each season. In traditional medicine such as Ayurveda, the principle of "like increases like, and opposites balance" explains why someone who naturally runs cold will thrive in the warmth of summer and vice versa.

Fortunately, there are tools and practices that can help us understand our natural tendencies and teach us how-to live-in harmony with the seasons. Instinctively, we understand the need to cool off when we're hot. For example, in the summer, we eat watermelon to help relieve the heat, as its sweetness and juiciness offer relief. Nature is wise, and by recognizing that we are a part of nature, we can achieve true wellness.

Join us for a transformative 2.5-hour workshop led by Holistic Wellness Practitioner Areli Perez. This unique experience will provide an understanding of living in harmony with the seasons, a concept rooted in the profound wisdom of Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This knowledge will empower you to cultivate ease and health for this summer season and beyond!
