Morning Hatha Yoga Class every Friday during school term from 6:30am - 7:30am at the Hills District Community Centre, only $4/class; supported by Healthy & Active Moreton Bay

Feel the benefits of starting your day with a holistic yoga practice that will assist you to move through your day with greater awareness, more vitality, less stress and comfort in your body.

Get ready to end your week in a more conscious way, melting the stress and tension away from the working week and setting you up for a more connected weekend.

Low time investment of 1 hour that will include:

* Soothing Breathwork - to reset the nervous system

* Mindfulness Meditation - to help you learn how to step back from the mind

* Yoga Asanas - create space in the body with conscious movement that will help to move stagnant energy, dissolve tension and fatigue, improve your vitality and overall health and wellbeing.

* Full Body Relaxation - Invite some conscious rest into your Friday as you allow your practice to integrate with a guided relaxation to beautiful meditation music

* Mantra Meditation - Nourish your inner wellbeing with a beautiful guided form of group meditation that will bring peace to your heart and calm the mind, accompanied with live music and audience participation.

Talk about THE perfect way to end your week, you will feel amazing not only from your practice but leaning into these holistic practices at sunrise time of day has such a positive impact on your body and mind as it sets your body clock up to align with nature's clock and this brings great balance and harmony in the body.

Byo yoga mat essential, yoga props like block and strap highly recommended.

Your holistic Yoga journey will be guided by Chantelle & Amit; alternating Friday mornings to give you a variety in your practice with different elements of experience and focus they bring to the mat making each sessions unique with a blend of strengthening and stretch to balance and ground your body and mind.

At ASMY we welcome everyone to the practice of yoga and aim to create a safe place whereby we pass on the essence of yoga which is that it is an individual practice, not a competition, with safety and alignment as a core focus to how to move through the experience and different variation given so you can tune into your body and adjust your practice as you need.
