Holosomatic breathwork is designed to calm the mind, reduce anxious or negative thought patterns, boost mental clarity, and transform your well-being.
Holo (whole) somatic (body) Breathwork can facilitate healing and self-discovery.
A typical breathwork session includes:
• Rhythmic breathing to regulate the nervous system and enhance self-awareness.
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques to identify and shift negative thought patterns.
• Purposeful exercises for emotional balance and healing.
• Somatic therapies to release stored tension, trauma, and reconnect with the body's natural healing processes.
• Visualisation and guided meditation to deepen relaxation and clarity.
• Coaching for guidance, safety, and motivation throughout the journey.
• Curated music, including binaural beats and theta waves, to guide the brain into a more malleable state, facilitating the brain's ability to process emotional healing, integrate new insights, and enhance intuition.

About me: Hi I'm Cat!
I am a certified Holosomatic Breathwork Facilitator with a passion for helping people reconnect with themselves and find balance in their day to day life.
I found breathwork when I was struggling with stress and wanted to find a safe, natural tool to help calm my mind and regulate my nervous system. It has done that for me and so much more. I've found healing, a deeper sense of connection to the people and world around me, and a newfound appreciation for life.
Before transitioning to full-time breathwork and wellbeing, I managed a multimillion-dollar training portfolio, where I gained a real understanding of the pressures that come with mordern life and the risk of burnout. I understand how crucial it is to find balance—to not only meet personal and professional goals but to protect mental and emotional wellbeing.
I work with clients one-on-one and regularly lead group sessions of 100+ participants. I’ve had the privilege of sharing transformative experiences at some of the world’s most renowned retreat centres and yoga hubs.
I have ran this class for people of all ages and backgrounds 18 up to 80, so I know this style of breathwork is natural and safe as you can go at your own pace. In any case there are certain medical conditions when it is not advised to practice without consulting with your doctor first including:
- Cardiovascular problems
- Abnormally high blood pressure
- Aneurysms
- History of epilepsy or seizures
- Heavy medication usage
- Severe psychiatric symptoms, including psychosis or paranoia
- Bipolar disorder
- Osteoporosis
- Recent surgery
- Glaucoma
- Pregnancy
- Asthma (participants should bring their own inhaler)
By securing your ticket, you confirm your eligibility to practice this breathwork. Kindly note that due to the limited nature of this event passes are non-refundable. Passes are transferable to another participant free of charge.
