Whilst we endeavour to welcome all, it is preferred that pre-registration is completed as entry on the day will be at the discretion of the on-site organiser. By attending this event you understand that photographs will be taken in the public arena by a qualified and licensed professional. Should you wish for this not to happen please discuss your concerns with the identified event media personnel. Photographs MAY be used for promotional material for the following years' event. We ask that our guests please refrain from using personal photographic devices to ensure the comfort of all in attendance.

A shielded photo studio setting will be on the stage and behind the heavy velvet stage curtains. FREE Santa and Mrs Claus photo is being offered to attendees within that setting; ALL children are to be accompanied by THEIR responsible supervising adult when utilising the private photo studio. Only authorised persons are to be on the stage at any time throughout the course of the event.
